Nolvedex

Its good to manage your e2 with an ai and have either nolvadex or raloxifene on hand just in case for some reason gyno should appear. If it does you should immediately get blood work and then start the serm alongside your ai (stane or dex imo). Then when blood work results come in you can adjust your ai dosage appropriately or do what you need too so your body isnt in a state where gyno formation can occur, run the serm till gyno symptoms are gone or even continue it up to your pct if need be.
 
I haven't had issues with lumps but noticed my nipples are kind of fatty and pointing down. Not sure if it's gyno that hasn't gone away from before or not
