was going to run super-1 elite and epi-elite for a cut but found Nolvadren XT at by one get one half price and short dated PR-XT at £20 a bottle so thought i'd run an 8 week cycle of the 2 a full dosing.
Stats at start
173cm
77Kg
BF 13.3%
Visceral fat 3%
total body water 59.6%
Protocol
have 1 scoop Stimul8 by Finaflex befor 90 high intensity CV before work
Work as a fitness and class instructor
then 2 scoops Nutrex outrage before afternoon Workout-was conquer unleashed but can't afford atm
PM workout is usually GVT, Full Pyramids with 1 rest in before the decline set or super/tri sets done in a 4 day split
Mon-Biceps, triceps and core- high volume (lots of sets, reps and some focusing on increasing time under tension)
Tue-Legs and Shoulders(mixture of high volume for lunge based exercises with heavy weights and low reps on power exercises such as clean and press and deadlift.
Wed-Back and Biceps(Focus on heavy weights and variations of pull ups for back)
Thurs-Chest and Tries, Mostly in GVT or pre fatigue based, focusing on mind muscle connection and squeesing the chest at the top of the rep
My diet will be roughly -4000/-5000kcal per week with no special diet just mod carb/mod fat and high protein, having taken PR-XT before low carb would be hard as it does tend to increase hunger slightly. For me anyway
I'll try to update as much as i can with how i'm getting on.
