Nolvadex VS

Part of my pct protocol calls for Nolvadex, 40/20/20/20, only Mamofen 20mg (Tamoxifen Citrate) is available.

Is the dosage the same?

The below link gives me the impression I need to take more tamoxifen citrate to equal the same mg as Nolvadex, 3:2 ratio?

I just heard back from customer service from the supplier's website, same dose.
