nolvadex vs Tamoxifen Citrate

How much stronger is nolvadex than the off brand version(Tamoxifen Citrate) in mg perspective.

In other words 60mg of Tamoxifen Citrate is equivalent to _mg of nolva?
 
Are you sure that nolvadex is tamoxifen citrate? I thought the citrate on both it and clomid were to make them stable in a solution and you do have to take a bit more to get an actual 60mg of active tamox... It's been a long time since I did any homebrewing though.
