Nolvadex source? And other pct

Planning on a p-mag cycle of 50/75/75/100/100/100 along with cycle assist.

For my pct I want to take Nolvadex but I can't seem to find a reliable source of it. Anyone know of one or will I have to go to my doctor to get a prescription for this? I also plan on getting Erase Pro & and pct assist by CEL. Does this post cycle seem good or am I missing anything. I've been doing tons of research and it's pretty mind boggling, need direct opinions.
 
Considering p-mag isn't the harshest ph compared to others, would it okay to not take a serm, but instead get an otc pct and a trs?
