Nolvadex pct dosage

Currently in a 7 week epistane cycle at 30/30/30/30/40/40/50. For my pct I’m running nolvadex and Olympus labs sup3r PCT. what should I run the nolvadex at. I’m thinking 40/20/10/10. But wanna hear what people think I should do

I would run it 6 weeks and do 40 throughout and raise to 50 if need be. Nolva dose looks good. I like adding reduce Xt and x gels to my pct. BLR products are always a nice addition as well

Your dosages look fine and also 4 weeks is plenty. I dont think you need to go more than 4 weeks if your just doing an epistane cycle.

Now if after 4 weeks you feel like you need to pct longer than do it. But I doubt u will need to go longer than 4 weeks.
