Nolvadex during or after??

I know I know all about how orals are bad and just use pins... So please spare me the lectures.. But I am looking for info on when to start Nolvadex and how long I should use it after cycle is complete.

Length: 6 weeks

Layout:
Weeks 1-8 50 mg Methan50 per day
Weeks 1-8 25 mg Proviron per day
Weeks 1-8 3 Liv-52 taken twice per day.

This is an 8 week oral only stack for those looking to add some mass and strength while avoiding injections. The Methan50 is a powerful oral steroid and the proviron will add some extra androgen to the mix while helping to suppress estrogen and free up the amount of testosterone in the body. The Liv-52 is included to keep the liver healthy during the 8 weeks of C-17 use. Starting on day 1, take half tablet of Methan50, 1 GP Proviron , and 1 Liv-52 about an hour before your workout. Before bed, take 2 more Liv-52 and another half tablet of Methan50. Do this for 8 weeks, and continue to take the Liv-52 for 10 days after the end of the cycle.
 
this is the pre made cycle you will find at a few inj sources. I suggest you make/design your own.


1 thing you should know, you dont take orals with liver supports at the same time. the liver support will begin to cleanse or eliminate the compound from your body. Take your oral AAS/PH 1st thing am + pre WO, than use your liver52 before bed.


nolva is taken post cycle, as in post cycle therapy=PCT. Look into helladrol or epi strong, real oral AAS is way above your head.
 
Well I appreciate your information more than you know. When would I start the Nolva and I have read 20-20-10-10... 4 weeks of it...

I am worried about Gyno appearing during cycle...

Always, Always, Always have Nolva or Clomid on hand just in case you start to develop gyno during cycle. If you are running a real heavy cycle, I would also have some letro. I personally would not use Nolva during cycle because you can drive you estro levels too low and that would actually hinder your gains not to mention it would lose its effectiveness for when you need it the most, for PCT. Some people do run very low doses during cycle, to each his own. I don't use it during unless I need it
(gyno issues). Of course run the Nolva after for PCT.
 
Run the Nolva the day after your cycle comes to an end. I doubt you'll have any estrogen problems w the addition of proviron but just in use you do, have an AI on hand that you could do a low dose of for say a week if any estrogen sides occur. Actually, I use an AI the last 2 weeks of just about any cycle I do all the way thru pct. Not necessary but just something I do.

Is your run 6 or 8 weeks? You say "length 6 weeks" but on your layout you have "weeks 1-8 dbol"? To run dbol for 8 weeks straight is stretching it a bit. And Prov at 25mg probably won't do anything but waste your money. You also won't need nolva on cycle unless gyno starts popping up. Just run it from day 1 of PCT.
 
i think the prov is worth it, you wont need a AI if your using it and it will make the cycle more androgenic. Its not that expensive so id say its a solid move.

PCT for orals starts the day after your last day being on cycle.
 
I am so jacked to try this for the first time in my life... Cant wait.... So I have all that is needed... So 50 Mgs a day of Dbol is solid correct.. and the 25mg provirion and only use the liv52 before bed? Then day one after cycle start my Nolva... Hell yeah if this is all correct I am starting MOnday morning..

Probably a little. Unless u have a test base. Also, 50mg dbol is good, but maybe start at 30.
 
At what point do I take the liv52? I took my first 25mg and my proviron at 5am. Taking my second 25mg about 5pm

I think I read somewhere not to take your lover support with your orals. Not sure on this but wouldn't hurt to wait a few hours to take it.
 
I feel like a comete idiot asking all these questions.

If I take me pills at 5 am when should I take the next ones. I thought I read dbol only last 6-8 hrs.
 
Take the liver support between or couple hours after. No big deal. For oral only cycle like that one I would start PCT day after. Short ester inj, a week after long ester inj- 2 weeks after.
 
Well I blew out my back and am sidelined for a least a week. I am just over a week in. What do I do now? Do I stop and save my stuff? Do I do a pct or no just use the liv52 for a week or so?

Tough call, if youve only been on for a week i dont think you would need a PCT to recover from it. MY opinion would be stop taking, let your body heal up. take 3 weeks and start up again?
