Nolvadex Dosing Question

What time of the day should i take Nolvadex. Also I am doing a 40 40 20 20 with some light 6-oxo and activate and cycle suppot cleanser thing. Do i split my doses up or no and what time do i take it at? And whats the best way to take it cayse its liquid.

Also is it ok to take it on the last 2 days of the end of my cycle?
 
for my undestanding Nolva has a halflife of 24 hrs somebody correct me if im wrong. why activate? What activate does is frees test. If you dont have test what is it going to free ?? and telling what are you recovering from aslo helps.
 
Half Life is 5-7 days. Doesn't matter when you dose. No need to split. Shoot it into your mouth and chase with your favorite beverage. Just fine to take at the end of a cycle, some people run it their entire cycle for gyno control.
