I have started my pct from a 4week run of trimethyl and a 5week run of 60mgs/anavar.my pct is nolvadex@ 40/40/30/20,testodrol x 4in the a.m. and ad3 in the p.m.should I spread the nolva into two serving times,20mg in the morning and night?thanks
