Nolva questions

I'm just finishing a cycle of Hemadrol/Propadrol and have a few minor questions in regards to nolva timing. If taking 10mg/day, when is the best time of day to take it, and it is better to take it on an empty stomach or with food. My thinking was taken just before last meal of the night. Probably doesn't make a huge difference but I would like to know what is optimal.
