is it better to have nolva in your pct or just have it on stanby?

lots of different opinions on this. I run ATD with low doses of nolva.

yeah that will do it. you can always throw in some dhea, gxr, creatine but what you have will do fine.

most people say its dry but I have not run it myself. check out some pp logs. You always want to have an anti e just in case.
