Nolva protocols for PCT

I was just wondering how many people here have run something other then your standard 20/20/10/10 nolva PCT?

And if you ran over 40+, how did that treat you?

I toyed around with 50 for 4 days, 40 for 3 and then 30/20/10. Feel like I was more energetic earlier than usual but I was a lot moodier(upset easily etc not irritable) and got bacne more than usual, which is just a couple here and there.

I personally hate nolva but when I do run it, I blast 40 for 3-5 days and then do 20/20/10/10
