Nolva during a cycle?

I did my research and I got my T1pro and liquid nolva for post cycle. I was talking to a friend of mine yesterday, and he has been using juice and does hic cycles and recovery, and he told me to run the nolva during the cycle. I told him what I read here, to just have it on hand incase the nipples start to get itchy and for post cycle. He told me to be on the safe side and run it during. Now, from what I have read here, this is not a good idea because it can hurt your gains. I'm thinking that he might be right for roids, but since PH's aren't as strong it might not be necessary. I know some people might be more sensitive to it than others, but I don't want gyno. What do you guys think?

No use taking nolva during cycle unless you know that you're suseptible to gyno or have had gyno symptoms in the past. Just have it on standby, just in case.

To some extent it is personal preference as there are proponents of both schools of thought. Theoretically, 1-Test is unable to aromatize and therefore should not cause estrogen-related side-effects such as gyno. However, there have been a number of reports of people experiencing symptoms of gyno during their 1-Test ONLY cycles and were successful in using Nolvadex to treat the problem.

Now...If 1-Test gyno is progesterone or prolactin related, using Nolvadex to combat any estrogen that might be present would still help as estrogen can antagonize progesterone, hence exacerbating the condition. However, most are fine without and would be served better using it post-cycle.

But...If for instance you were concerned that lack of estrogen (due to the fact that 1-Test is "non-aromatizable") could negatively impact cholesterol levels, particularly in a long cycle, using nolvadex during your cycle might be beneficial as it is a mixed estrogen agonist/antagonist, meaning that in some tissues (such as the liver) it acts as an estrogen. That means that it could actually promote a favorable cholesterol profile because it acts as an estrogen in the liver.

Although...there are still many that believe that nolvadex's ability to decrease IGF-1 production will negatively impact gains. Of course many do not believe that it does so to any appreciable degree and you would never know the difference.

Wheeww...good luck!

Thanks guys, I think I'm just going to save it for post cycle, I'm only running it for 4 weeks.
