Nolva Dosing

First day into PCT and it dawned on me. Should I split my doses of Nolva to twice a day I.e. 10mg am/ 10mg pm. Or just take the 20mg at once
 
Take the whole dose and generally around same time everyday if possible. I'm not even sure if that matters too much as the half Life of nolva is several days to a week I believe.
