nolva, clomid combo for pct

when running a SD cycle Ive been reading how it is good to use both nolva and clomid. the clomid bring back the testes and so forth and the nolva helping keep the gains and bring back some test ect.

how would this be dosed? has anyone ran this? ect. ect.

Week 1 Clomid 150 mg/d
Week 2 Clomid 100 mg/d
Week 3 Nolva 40 mg/d
Week 4 Nolva 20 mg/d
Week 5 Nolva 10 mg/d

I'm unsure if there is any added synergistic benefits of running both simultaneously. Start with Clomid then move on to Nova.
