Great to read the logs and see everyone really enjoying this! been using this more as a nighttime/stim-free PWO, so great to the other side! classic27 definitely love this as a stim-free PWO - honestly best i have experienced.

This is a great product. The Stim free aspect makes it so desireable and with the inexpensive nature of stims, its even more appealing because if you throw a yohimbine and caffeine tab into the mix your all set. The beauty of this product is that its very versatile. During my run I stacked it in many different combinations with other products; some extra pump ingredients, other pre’s, stims etc. My favorite use of this had got to be intra-workout mixed with hbcd carbs. The pumps were incredible and my energy was strong without having to use a ton of stims. I workout at night, so this product was a saving grace. This product alone delivers great pumps, good energy and something refreshing to drink during your workouts.

The first thing I notice was the tub was packed to the brim when I opened it and the scoop was on top lol (luck of the draw). The taste is phenomenal. One of the best supps ive ever tasted. It’s a lemon lime lemonade flavor and its pretty incredible. Its good watered down, or even when I throw three scoops in a shaker cup and fill three quarters of the way its still not too intense. The value of this product is very high in my opinion, seeing it on mind and muscle for around thirty bucks and you get fifty servings, honestly it seemed like many more to me!

As a sleep aid I have mixed feelings, the first few times I used it I noticed minimal changes in my sleep. One time I even had a bad nights sleep, probably unrelated. The last couple times I used it before bed I slept great. Personally I intended on using in my PM training and that’s what I prefer it for.

If you are a night dweller and hit the iron in the PM, or just looking for something to stack with your current supplements I definitely recommend nocturnus!

I am not sure what the actual flavor is because I don't think it is listed on the label anywhere, but it has a Great Lemon Lime flavor, very smooth with no after taste.

Mixability 5/5
This products mixes very well in cool water, no grit, no clumps and no floaties.

Formula 5/5
I am not near as good at the "science" of supplements of some of the folks here on this board, I just know what I like. I believe the folks at Mind & Muscle have done a very good job of choosing what goes into this supplement.

Performance 5/5
First off let me say I do prefer a PWO with some stims, but that is not what this is designed for, so I can not fault it on that account. I see two large advantages to this (1) If you are on a budget and need a PWO and a Sleep aid, you can buy one product to accomplish both tasks, (2) If you work-out in the PM to close to Bedtime for a stim base pre-workout this should be you Go-To supplement.

This maybe one of the best valued supplements on the market, the price is reasonable, the tub is jam packed and you can use it am or pm, A win - win all the way!
