I don't really know what happened with this, but I have gotten the worst sleep in my recent memory after taking nocturnabol. It took me a while to get to sleep, and i awakened at least 3 or 4 times in the middle of the night. I tried it twice and same results both times. yesterday and today. Im used to taking the 2 dollar per hundred melatonin from ON chopped in half on occasion when I need it. Im not really sure what happened with nocturnabol and me, as I read a couple other reviews of it which were good.
I just wrote this review to say nocturnabol may not work as well for everyone, and to try a sample before buying.
