NO XPLODE creatine facts

Hey does anyone out there on AM know how much creatine is exactly in no explode? I searched the forums and the internet but I can't find anything.

About 1 gram per scoop and about 100mg of caffeine per scoop.

Sorry to bring this thread back up but has anyone ever mixed mono creatine into NO Xplode? Would that be a good idea? I want to mix 5g of creatine mono into my No Xplode drink.

thats fine just don't go over 10 grams a day and make sure ur kidneys dont hurt.

I used to do that quite alot actually, just 5g to the N.O and your good to go. After a while it wont matter if you take it after either, but for the first few weeks take the mono after as well.
