No soreness from training?

Hi, was wondering if anyone else experiences the same complete lack of soreness or DOMS from training? I train 6 days a week for around 1 hour. I only ever experience soreness if I take a few weeks out then come back to training. Sleep + diet is always on point. Thoughts? I'll probably get the same 'you don't train hard enough' but I make sure my sessions are always intense and I'm pretty sure that isnt the case
 
Your body has adapted to your style if training. Soreness is not a sign of an effective training session. If your still progressing then keep doing what your doing otherwise switch it up. Just remember Soreness is not effectiveness
 
I've heard many people say before that they don't get sore! As long as you're progressing and meeting your goals then I'd say you're fine! I enjoy switching up my training to keep it fun but I definitely stay sore most of the time too. That's just how my body is.
 
The body is always looking to adapt. So sometimes a complete change is needed . For a while I couldn't get my arms sore... Recently I've been doing "monster " sets and have been getting some good workouts in
