earlier this week I started a clen cycle. I started with 20 mcg expecting to build up 20 mcg a day until the sides made me stop. I have however experienced no side effects and am at 100mcg. SHould I keep building up until I have some? or stay at 100 for the rest of the first two weeks? Also I have just been taking it in one dose first thing in the morning... any suggestions?

You should stack it with t3. (Was a recommendation to me by a friend of mine)

I wouldn't overdue it.

Not saying it is 100% sure thing but if you felt NOTHING, not even jitters or anything close to some of the most common sides.

Either,
a. You are extremely fond of stims
b. It is fake...
Just a thought but not many people get away running much higher then 120 with no sides at all. Not that it is not possible but rarer.

The only thing I have noticed is a slight headache which is uncommon for me. But no jitters. It almost tastes like root beer without the carbonation. Frustrating.

Also, this is what Im thinking. I have had asthma all my life. I take an albuterol inhaler my whole life. Is it possible that my beta 2 receptors are so worn out that they are blunted and clen wont really work for me due to this fact?

interesting. that could be possible. ive heard that benadryl will clean the receptors. might wanna give that a try. im starting my first clen cycle tomorrow and am very excited.

yeah, if you are a regular albuterol user, its not a total surprise. You either have the benadryl choice, or can buy ketotifen from likely the same source where you got the clen

People respond differently to clen, ive seen 250Lb+ men who get the jitters @ 40MCG, and 100Lb women who dont have the jitters @160MCG. I never started getting them till around 120MCG

Also if you think your beta-2 receptor are worn out the active indrediant "Diphenhydramine HCI" in Benadryl @ 50MG immediatly before bed is said to help restore them.
