ArA is one of the best supplements out there.
2g-2.5g ArA was uncomfortable. After just 3-5 reps the pumps was untolerated!

Did you stop using it when this happened? I started getting a tiny sore throat and little runny nose since I started ArA @ 1.75g per workout 5x a week, but not sure if it's just coincidence or not.

2.5g shorten my breathing. Wasn't able to catch breathe quick after every set. This is def not a more is better ingredient.
Maybe for you specifically. I know guys who consistently run 2g and above with little issue. I just don't know whether the cost is worth it at that high of a dosage.
You're supposed to take ArA in a fasted state or after you've warmed up. That's probably what happened.

A couple of months ago I added D-Pol, Anabeta Elite and X-Gels to my normal stack in hopes of a solid clean bulk.
Besides the strength and size gains from upping my calories I can't say that X-Gels did anything at all.
From the beginning I've dosed it at 1.5g 30-45 min pre-workout with my pre-workout 'meal' of 24g protein and 24g dextrose. Was that a mistake?
On my first 2 bottles I did not notice ANY added DOMS or pump.
On my recent 3rd bottle I dosed it intra-workout once I was warmed up. I did so after a few recommendations that my pre-workout meal was interfering with absorption.
I'm honestly feeling the same way about Anabeta Elite. I feel like I've had better results in the past with C20 or M-Stak.
