No response from e-mails

Have a customer service issue regarding an order made at your vitaplus site.
Tried contacting you via e-mail could you get in touch.
Other wise i will have to contact my credit card company.
 
Order number was 438.
Was dispacthed on 4th of november international surface.
Also just for your information when u send an e-mail through either of your sites it gets returned. (ie can't find it)
 
No e-mail as yet in my address there should be a _ in between stuart_leigh.
So you may have sent it to the wrong address.
 
Still not recieved any email.
Sent e-mails to the address of your's i know.
Can you post your active e-mail here.
Or alternatly tell me. If the order has been posted if so what is the tracking number.
 
Hey bro, same thing here. No responce from vita or pro. I havent recieved a bottle of Hmax that I ordered 2 months ago. Sent 8 emails and still nothing. Can you give me some insite into this. I ordered something from pro and vita about a week apart and they came in the same box but were mnissing the Hmax. Order number 529 from vita and order 674 from pro
 
My emails haven't been returned either. I've tried emailing to the site, the astound address, even posting on the forum...no luck.
 
sorry all, but I had some issue with my internet service provider. I wasnt receiving emails to my email accounts or they were being returned to sender.
I dont get what was going on, but my ISP blacklisted my email address and IP address as a spammer and prevented me from sending out emails and receiving some.
It was weird but it all works great now.

I went ahead and sent you an email just now regarding my store credit. I'm glad to hear that your email is up and running reliably again. Hope to hear back from you soon.
 
I've been having bad luck trying to get email responses, still. I thought the email issue was resolved. Are there still issues w/ the email and ISP? Placed an order 8 days ago, getting no response as far as when it will ship or has shipped, etc.

MOD EDIT: Contact them through their site. This is not their customer service department.
