I have to say I am genuine shocked by this product. I am the type of person that if it doesn't go in my mouth I don't expect it to work. Not this stuff! Ten sprays to each muscle group your working that day and BAM. Skin splitting pumps. Spray it on post workout and keep the pump for an extra hour or so than normal. Cheap Price and Great Product!
