NO-Explode..

I've heard good things..but it isn't for me that's for sure. I felt like I was on speed... Super lightheaded and dizzy... I'm drinking 1gal/day of water so I know it wasn't that.

I had high hopes for this product.. but I'm returning it :\

It worked well for me, but a warning, it gave me X-Plosive diahreah. :sick:
 
Did u start off with two or three scoops, I did about two and a half the first time and felt way to amped, start off with one scoop and build up, makes a big difference. No-explode is now my favorite preworkout stim.....
 
i tried noxplode few months ago.. it was CRAZY. the first day i used it the scooper was so far down in the jar i just decided to use a different scooper cause i was so lazy. turns out i took the equivalent of about 4 scoops and i was sooooo friggen amped. eventually got the original scooper out, and the product worked great.
 
I like using it but find the effects much more subtle. It doesn't get me amped up or cause diarrhea but I swear it keeps me focused. Could be it's all in my head but then again thats where it needs to be.
 
I've finished a tub, I like this stuff as a pre-WO stim. But, with the (large from my opinion) amount of caffiene, it's not effective as an NO or creatine product.

Caffiene inhibits absorption of creatine and counteracts the NO products.

I'd love if that made a caffiene free version, just with some more nootropics.
 
It constricts blood vessels, but arginine supposedly dialates.

Sounds contradictory to me.
 
Yeah jmh, the lady at the supp. store said the same thing, but I figured because of this there probably wasn't too much caffeine in it (since it doesn't say how many mg).

I used ONE scoop and felt this way... I never drink caffeine. I guess my body was too sensitive to this. Hopefully I can return it or sell it.

for some reason I can't link you up to the finding but it concluded that:

"Methyxanthines ( aka caffeine) INHIBITED ARGINASE ( argine breakdown) and left more arginine for Nitric Oxide production

It feels like alot, 200 mg or so. I don't like that they don't list it.

Omega - I call uncle. So, it helps with Arg. I know it does not help with creatine. So, I say, the caffeine should go from the product.

(Not to mention ALRI's studies he posted saying that arginine and citrulline were also bad to couple w/ creatine.)

citrulline has synergy with creatine bro
at least through Areobic channels

also one could argue that caffeine INCREASES uptake of creatine via the effect on the pancreas wich thus releases insulin
insulin rise would increase uptake

Diuresis may be an issue easily alleviated by increase h20 intake

The effects of caffeine on creatine and NO products have been greatly exaggerated. Patrick Arnold discussed this somewhat recently WRT caff/Cit Mal specifically, and said there was no problem using both at once, and, if anything, the caffeine and citrulline malate may be synergystic.
 
Yep, even Patrick Arnold alluded to the fact that methylxanthines (caffeine esp.) provide a synergistic effect when combined w/ NO2 products, especially citrulline malate in a post on the musclegurus forum.

This being said, I spent the summer in China training with the national san shou team. (this is the sport - Invalid Link Removed)

I trained twice a day for 3 hours a day, and took one scoop of NO-XPLODE before each session. I have to say that it gave me a lot more energy and I didn't get as mentally tired as I would normally. I'd like to say it helped recovery as well but I can't tell since I never trained 6 hours a day before taking this stuff.
 
Actaully, caffeine constricts blood vessels as far as the brain is concerned. This is why caffeine is a common head ache cure. it blocks adenosine in the brain (which slows down/dialates vessels to allow sleep)... therefore causing them to constrict.
 
I tried some for the first time today before working out.. I must say, I was damn near ready for bed and this stuff woke me up quick! I wasn't buzzed, but I was more alert and focused.. I plan to buy some more, I like the fruit punch flavor alot.. :woohoo:
 
Damn I didn't get anything from it, and I'm super sensitive to stims... I took one cap of yohimbe and couldn't close my eyes for 5 hours cuz my eyelids would keep twitching. I have gone as high as 3 scoops, it just sits on my fridge now lol.
 
I tried it last week for the first time. I'm doing two scoops before workouts and I'm lifting heavier than the previous week by far. My blood pressure goes up which is a bit of an uneasy feeling. Overall it feels good and the pumps on this are awesome.
 
Anyone here stacking this with a PH?

Was going to do an SD or M1T cycle in the next couple weeks, and wondered if I could get an extra pump with Xplode.

I thought NO products decrease your blood pressure? Unless its the other ingredients that are increasing your blood pressure.

I was under the same impression. Vasolidators (NO releasing products) cause the blood vessels to expand allowing more bloodflow (Viagra, Cialis ect.) therefore relieving blood pressure and dropping it. I'm not that great with words but it only makes sense. My theory would be the caffeine or other ingredients causing anxiety in turn causing a rise in blood pressure?
 
I take no-xplode before every workout, but when I took it while on SD, the B.P. went up to the point before i got to the gym I already had a headache, be careful when mixing these two, but I am very sensitive to stims, good luck.......

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. I'm lucky in that I very rarely experience side effects from supplements- even on M1T I was only slightly lethargic (and that was from a dosage timing issue) and had very very mild back pumps. So, I may decide to give it a try. Luckily, I've been blessed with very solid B.P.- its always exactly the same when I get it measured.

that sounds like a good stack, what is your PCT gonna be?

and I would believe that it would just increase your pumps

I've been lucky enough with using only ATD for my PCTs, I tend to rebound pretty quickly and easily, so I haven't needed anything more than that.

I've been using NO Xplode for a week now, going to start Emax next week for 2 weeks and then SD for the third week. I'm anxious to see if there'll be a difference with using the NO X.

please explain what ATD and Emax is, im sure i know what they are, i just havnt heard that termonology yet

All BSN products are 10% off. Right now we are loading everything with us due to the hurricane so it may take a day or two to ship out.

It says to consume on an empty stomach, I plan on taking it 30 minutes before training on an empty stomach. I usually take a during workout drink (isolate,bcaa,malto,CEE), do you think this will cause a problem? or should i just have a larger postworkout drink?

Also, Should i not take CEE during this time? How about Citrulline malate? No expload has it in it, but im thinking its not a large amount.

Lastly, is it neccesary to take this on off training days? Id like my bottle to last as long as possible.

It's fine to take wtih your during workout drink, and if you take a pre-workout shake do that after the NO-explode.

Keep taking CEE and citulline malate it doesn't matter with the no-ex.

Only take on workout days or when you want a light energy boost on off days.
 
I went to buy NO-XPLODE today and was told it would make me retain water and was told to give BMF Hardcore EC2 a try (a half hour before my workout) to get the same effects without the water retention.
 
one day i didnt really feel like going to the gym so a friend of mine told me to try No-Explode so i did oh my god i took 2 scoops my energy went through the roof.. i felt pretty damn good!!!! but now i take it on a regular basis and its made me take dumps much more 8-10 times a day lol does anyone know if it will calm down i hope so!!! :dump:

I've been taking NO for a little over 4 weeks. It says to take for 12 and then stop for 4 weeks before cycling again. However, by the end of week four I was on three scoops, and just wasn't feeling much of anything anymore. The one thing that didn't stop was the DIareah. I stop for two weeks to see if I had just grown immune to it. Tried again today for the first time after two whole weeks. Two scoops, felt good but not the pump I felt the first week. Gonna do two scoops tmrw, see what happens. Also, says to take on empty stomach. First two weeks did just that and had no need for food while working out. By three began feeling crazy hungry in middle of workout. So now I eat atleast an hour before working out and drink the NO 20 TO 30 MINUTES BEFORE. Hopefully this works out.:type:

I just take cell-mass before I lift, and NOxplode before I do an hour of hardcore cardio. I do know what the xplode dumps are like. I eat tons of fiber though, so it's pretty 'regular', more of the no clean up variety, down and done.

But NOxplode is some good stuff. I've been taking it for 3 weeks now, it's starting to lose some of it's umph, probably due to getting used to the caffeine load. I normally drink some coffee every morning before I do anything on non-workout days, so I'm pretty caffeine insensitve relatively speaking.

3 scoops is just right for me (but I'm 6'4" 245 lbs too, so there's alot of distributed mass to spread it around :>)

It does let me do longer, harder, more intense cardio. I never would have dreamed of being able to hit up an elliptical machine full force for 1.5 hours, but this weekend I got a bit carried away with the music, and wasn't paying attention. Even sucking down water, I lost a good 3.5 lbs of weight. Most of that was water, but the machine said I burned 1250 calories, with an average HR of 155.

So, take that for what you will, the stuff friegen works for me!
 
Well i have just 1 question i will really appreciate if u answer it... i'm new to the N.O ex .. i have 2 weeks the friend who told me about it said that i have to drink at least 1 Gal. a day of water... i want to know if its necessary to do it... and if it is wat happens if u keep taking the N.O and dont drink as much water ..
 
NO xplope has too much caffiene for most people, makes u jittery, lightheaded etc....try Smash, No-Shotgun, Vasocharge, or Fast Twitch if ur looking for pre workout drink

...if not then get some RPM, better than all the above listed
 
i think it a reasonable amount of water that most ppl who workout should consume in one day. you dont HAVE to drink a whole gallon, but it would be more beneficial to u if u did
 
A gallon a day is generally recommended for good health and really has no correlation to using NO xplode. I personally would recommend trying Scivation Vasocharge for a great pre-workout drink.
