Just took my supp-d and emptied out my swoll-n caps into it. Review will be up in my thread today and I'll post it up in the AM reviews and nutraplanet for ya. Recover-d will have to wait til Saturday though just because of my cut I can't budget the extra cals. I just do bcaa post wo during the week

Just put 10 lbs on my squat. Going to try to put 10 on deads in a sec.

Dedication nothing! I'm earning my two days of utter gluttony next week Monday and Tuesday! Lol

Really looking forward to trying out recover-d on saturday especially with all the reviews it's been getting! i'm in the hunt for a new protein to use for the various snacks I like to make (cheesecake, pudding, pancakes, etc..) have you tried using this in any recipes like that?

glad you gettem bro, I know we've had a lot of people inquiring about a bigger tub. Rite now were trying to get our womans Line up and running, then I'm sure this is something we will have to consider. Thanks for your input Brotha. Will deff look into it.
 
Had my first go at my samples last night, went with Swoll-n and took it with my normal PW. Really like the pump great job guy's think it's going to replace my Hemavol so that's saying a lot!! Supp-d will be tonight..

You are so welcome my friend. I won't lie I'm not the best baker/cook, but my wife is. So if you have a couple good recipies I would love to hear them :)

I would think recover-d would be a great protein for this. As to me it is a desert already ;) never had a protein that I actualy couldn't wait to drink. Thanks buddy (post them recipies haha)

It all depends on the consistancy of the protein. I like to use casein for cheesecake and pudding because it thickens up really nice. For pudding I use 12oz unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup splenda, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 1/2 scoops ON chocolate PB casein and blend it up on high until it's smooth. Leave it in the fridge til it's chilly and it makes a perfect pudding it's a beautiful thing!

For cheesecake I do:

2 8oz pkgs philly ff cream cheese
1/2 cup egg beaters
2 5oz containers oikos plain 0% yogurt
1 cup splenda,
1/4 cup light soy milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 scoops of whatever flavor casein you want

blend everything together until extremely smooth and pour into a 9" glass pie pan lined with parchment paper or some kind of crust. Bake @ 325 for 30 mins, then at 200 for another 40 and put it in the fridge for a minimum of 6 hours.

Delicious!

This product in my opinion will do wonders for ppl looking to get vascular. We apreciate your thoughts and feedback greatly. After you try all the samples we would realy apreciate it, if you would leave a review.

thats the one I would use it on too. I'm really looking forward to trying it out. I could probably make a cheesecake on saturday with my recover sample and one scoop of my reg protein and let you know how it is. I may do that, we'll see how ambitious I am this week. lol

I think it would be good, but since you havnt gotten to try it with water or milk yet, you should drink this one. :) and how bout I make a cheesecake and tell you how it is ;) yummy!

I tried the samples given to me thanks again. Supp-D Had a very bitter taste so for taste I didn't like. 4/10 But for effectiveness it was great8/10 Took with Swoll-n with supp -d and it was great. Intense pre workout mixture. Pumps were crazy after 5 minutes. So effectiveness 9/10

Recover-d after workout was great flavor10/10
Probably one of the best protein shakes I've tasted. I don't really like chocolate but this was excellent. I'm ordering this as soon as nutra planet sale comes up. Hopefully this is priced well.
Great samples wish I had more.

Also we have a new supp-d getting ready to launch. There's 2 new delicious flavors and there is added stim and more nitrates added. The flavor is suppose to be awesome. I havnt tasted yet, but know there gunna be amazing.

Swoll-n truly is a miracle suppliment, and as you said there's not a protein that compares to recover-d. Thanks again for your awesome feedback.

Tried both samples of recover-d and supp-d that I revived.

Supp-d pw was awesome as far as effectiveness goes, but I wasn't a fan of the taste. I had a great workout while on this though. Will probably purchase some when they come out with new favors.

Recover-d protein tasted great. Definitely want to get my hands on more of this, if the price is right ;)
