2% nizoral has been known to help, yes.

1% is fine. I just use it every day.

The 2% is usually by prescription or bought online sources. If 1% is what you have just rock out with that. Better then nothing.

Is Avodart (Dutasteride) way more effective then nizoral ?

Yea I don't have ne one bald on either side but I just think of going bald and I wouldn't be able to rock that ..lol
