Nizoral Application

Hey just a quick question on Nizoral, im not sure if this is in the right section, sorry if not. I just got my nizoral 2% and plan to use it on cycle just wondering how you guys used it such as how often and how much you used. Also did you start it before the cycle? Thanks alot guys.

I use nizoral shampoo that I bought from wal mart. Idk i pretty much use it EOD. I suppose you could use it everyday too.

I use it every other day..Try and let it set in for awhile before you rinse it off.I'll take a 15 minute shower wash my hair first and let it sit there untill im about to hop out then rinse it out..
