Night time Peanut butter and Whey

What is a better night time source of protein? Whey Protein Isolate with skim milk and peanut butter to slow absorption or a Cassein protein? I am hearing mixed opinions. Does the peanut butter really slow down whey digestion and if so, how do you still absorb all the protein?
 
yes, fat from any source will slow down absorption and the casein in milk with greatly help slow down the quickness of the whey.
 
Speaking of peanut butter. What do you think about TP putting together a protein formula peanut butter. Similar to like powerbutter. With flax seed oil in it and what have you.
 
it'd be nice if TP could make a similar tasting protein like DS's Sustain.... they dont carry it anymore and I'm looking for a replacement hint hint... it is a great night time protein.

As for the peanut butter, we have tried several samples and they tasted like dirty sawdust, so we are still working on getting a high quality version of the flavor before we are willing to offer it, but we are definitely working on it!

For Tattoo, is that a peanut butter flavored mix?

its a chocolate peanut butter flavor...and it is very very good.
 
sounds great, it would be no problem to make if we could just get in the PB in we could combine it with the Dutch Choc, im all in let me see what I can do

i'll be happy to send you a scoop of this to try out. if you could get the flavor remotely near it that would be fantastic.
