Everything is going well. Cravings controlled during the day up to bedtime. After falling asleep I lose control. I wake up 2 to 3 times a night with cravings or I just walk down to the fridge and pick out whats most fattening. Wondering what I am doing wrong since this has been going on for awhile. Sleep Eat disorder, or not taking in enough during the day, or just a plain old fat ass? Once I master this night craving thing I will be shredded. Any advice out there?
