We have all heard that nicotine is a vasoconstrictor, but I've also read is actually dilates blood vessels in skeletal muscle specifically. There is of course also the stimulant effect. Anyone use, and have you noticed any appreciable benefits or drawbacks during workouts. I take it in tobaccoless pouch form and am pretty well hooked on them. Like maybe 8 or 9 3mg pouches a day. Surprising I don't notice any appetite suppression like I used to get with cigarettes.
 
There are some benefits to low doses of nicotine but you mentioned the biggest drawback. .. "hooked on them" it's highly addictive and there is a fine line between beneficial and harmful dose... it is considered a poison. To me the risks outweighed the benefits.
