Would niacin be more likely to increase weight loss or cause weight gain? Thanks

I'm one of those who mega-dose niacin (of the flushing variety)...one capsule of 750mg on training days 3 times a week, for the documented benefits mentioned in the above article...in addition to 'detox' type effects.
The vasodilatory effects are real and last about an hour...it supports weight loss especially combined with a (hard to obtain) supplement I use called N.O. Pure, which contains Agmatine, L-Citrulline, Beta Alanine and icariin at a whopping (40%)...and of course caffeine.
I also take arginine ethyl ester along with it...all of these ingredients combined together on training days, I find produce pumps, really huge, hard erections and fat loss.
Niacin combined with other products is the key.
For real effective weight loss, I do the obvious...namely regular FASTING.
