Tudca 250mg a day?


Super dmz 0/0/2/2/2/2 (2 = 20mg msten, 20mg dmz)
OL DMZ 1/1/1/2/2/2 (1 = 20mg DMZ , 2 = 40mg DMZ)

You need more tudca for that run. 500-750mg would be best and dnt run that alpha 1 bro. Stick to two methylated compounds max, and even those two I'd be scared to run. I barely handled dmz by itself how much more adding msten on top.
 
Yeah dermacrine on cycle for sure.

If you want to keep the tudca @ 250mg you can add 500mg NAC on top of that. Bulk NAC is dirt cheap $6 for 90 500mg caps.
 
Yeah NAC will help with ast/alt levels so a third dose wouldn't hurt other than the 750mg 2x daily from the cycle assist. I would still up the tudca for the overall liver health and the bilirubin levels specifically.
