Hopefully people respond to this. Im also wanting to run dmz for my second and want to know what exactly I should take for on cycle and pct.

Run the dmz for at least 6 weeks. You shouldn't need a pharm grade AI, have it on hand but don't use it unless you need it. Ar1macare has an AI in it which should be plenty.

I am going to try my best, had a gyno flare up 3 weeks into super dmz 3.0 3 months ago
