Yes, MT is coming out with a PS product. I don't believe there's many similarities between the two.

No similarities at all. PS at high enough dosages is effective at lowering cortisol. It also has some promising cognitive improvements particularly with ADD/ADHD but the data for this aspect is questionable. MT stated that they will be giving you a good dose of PS so if they don't cheap out on the dosing, I expect this to be quite a pricey product (60 caps @ 100 mg's each of PS runs on average about $40 a bottle, for the cortisol lowering, I believe you would need to use 2 bottles per month, this is for typical PS products that actually has standardized PS in it).

I'm not sure if this is old news but I got the newest issue of Train magazine with my bb.com order and there was an article confirming that Clear Muscle is 1000mg of HMB

They've stated elsewhere that it's 3 grams per day of HMB-FA. Mirroring what was used in the study.

Aha nah I never realized that. No wonder ABsE is so much more. Interesting. I guess I never noticed it since I usual but from a store not their website.
 
Hey why do yall think i should get, micro pa or clear muscle? Ps:I know betator will work for me as hmb does wonders with my recovery when i take 3 grams.and i read an article about micro PA and it also seems good. Thanks guys

I'd see how much clear muscle is, and go for the cheaper option. Both have good data behind them, but as far as "guineau pigging" yourself I'd just go with the cheaper option

But if you're looking for something tried and true, I don't think there's a better option than ArA

What was your diet like and over what period of time? (I'd assume 50 workouts, but just curious how many days you lift a week, i guess)

I've ran it twice and never saw anywhere near those gains. Once bulking and once cutting. Both times dosed using "Neuron's protocol".

The last time I ran it I was running Smolov and eating 5,000 calories a day, hopped about 7ish pounds + broke a bench PR

Most previous times I ran Layne's PHAT and my diet varied, but I've always came away from ArA runs with amazing results.

Everytime I've been in a caloric surplus and trained 5+ days a week.

I can go find my logs and post them up, if you'd like

EDIT: Most times I ran it for roughly 45ish workout days (I don't think I've ever had enough for a full 50 lol). I always would run 1g/day every day for the first 10-20 days, then 1.5g preWO only on training days
 
Haha, no that's not necessary. I wasn't expecting you to say you used it with Smolov and that many calories. :D.

Russians are restricted to smirnoff before smolov other than politburo nips then, after, and sometimes the same time
 
Im definitely gonna get the ArA supplement,im gonna get that one first and thwn ill probably get either clear muscle or micro pa

Without even looking at the label, I refuse to ever buy a product that is intro'd with the generic format made up story that goes 'guys at the gym saw me carrying this unlabeled bottle of powder around and knew it was the source of my magical gains'. Call it marketing, call it whatever, it's just ridiculous. Maybe I'm the only person who doesn't like fictional stories in product descriptions though.
