Waiting on this arriving.

my last post disappeared where someone gave me a break down of the profile.

just wondering if anybody has used it yet.

looking forward to sweating it out before cardio seshes!
 
Just received this it took 7 days form order to delivery in the UK.

This is my rest day but will be popping a cap and then tomorrow will be doing cardio after one to see how it goes.

I'm not sure how many times they have changed the formula, but I have liked all I have tried!

Thanks. Really appreciate that. Hopefully I don’t gain. It all back recovering from the dumb hernia surgery I have to have in a couple weeks.

I'm sure you know what you need to do to prevent it, but I also know it's not easy !!

keep a positive mental outlook, that is 90% of it. i firmly believe almost anything is possible if head is in the right place!!!

Damn that a huge body fat difference congrats so far. How big where you at once and do you think the skin will tighten up?
 
:(:mad:The older you get the harder it is to get the skin to tighten up.
 
I lost 85lbs when I was 25 and had no problem at all, not at 62 I lost 15lbs and has an ab flap ???

I'll be 42 next month. My body definitely doesn't recover or bounce back from things like it used to in my 20's and even 30's. I still run circles around a lot of people half my age though!

I agree, recovery and losing weight are not the same as when we where younger but I am in better shape than most people I see in the gym and on my job. It’s crazy

Yep. I've been at it for 20+ years now, so Im more on a maintain the frame type routine now instead of huge uphill battles. I commend everyone who puts forth the hard work and effort, no matter what journey they are on.

‘I’ve never stopped working out since I was a teenager but I let myself go a little bit and gained some last year. I’m down to high teens body fat now and looking to hit 10% and afraid I may have some lower belly skin when I’m done. Guess time will tell

My peak in 2012 was close to four. Actually skin won’t tighten on its own, so I decided to add on the skin surgery to the hernia after the doc told me it actually makes the overall surgery easier and doesn’t add any real extra risk. Gonna have a big ass scar below my waist line but better than all that skin. I never was gonna do it, but figured since I had no choice getting the hernia one might as well do them together
