I've been lurking here for a little while now and decided it was time to post. After reading Diplomats cycle log on the PP/Finigenx I have to say he's my hero. Sweet gains! I am about to go on the same cycle and wanted to get some opinions (like everyone else) so I don't get half way into it and find out i shoulda done this or shoulda done that. A little info on me. I'm 35, 6', 200, about 13-15%BF. Have been working out more for a fitness physique for 5-6 years now but I can tell the testo is starting to slooooooow down. I play a lot of softball in the summer and have always wanted to be a deep ball threat instead of constant warning track power. I know by adding some mass and working on my core flexibility it can get me over the top. Here is what I have planned.

Animal Pak Vitamins
Milk Thistle - Preload
(need suggestions here for more preload? R-ALA, Saw Palmetto, Red Yeast Rice, Flax Seed, Taurine? Which ones and amounts? Preload? Preload, cycle and PCT? Help!)

PP - 10,20,20,30 for on cycle
Finigenx - 18cc/day in 3 doses on cycle
Perfect Cycle - on cycle

Nolvadex (PCT) 40,40,20,20
Anabolic Extreme PCT (PCT) 4 caps, 4 caps, 2 caps, 2 caps
Rebound XT (PCT) 75mg, 50mg, 25mg, 25mg

I'm most confused about what to preload with, amounts of those items, and if you use them throughout the cycle as well. I know that the milk thistle is recommended throughout all 3 parts so I'll use it to preload, use perfect cycle during, and then back to more during pct? You guys have been a WEALTH of info to me thusfar and I'm hoping you'll help me out as best you can. I've tried to do many searches on the board to avoid repeating the typical newbie stuff but I'm sure there are posts I've missed. I have a good feel for my diet and have used other posts on 'typical day' intakes to prepare my food. The superman shakes sound quite tasty! Any help would be most appreciated.
