Hey everyone, I've been working out aggressively since June of this year. My goal is to get leaner and tone up.

I'm taking protein shakes Wheybolic extreme ripped and strength from GNC and fish oil.

Can you recommend anything else?

Thanks ?

First for getting lean what does your diet look like?
What are your macros and calories on a daily basis? What does your cardio look like?
These are the #1 aspects to attaining your goal:

I would personally ditch buying at GNC as it is overpriced and you could get far better deals from companies like 1RM Supplements, Orbit Nutrition and Nutraplanet and invest in the essentials.

If diet is in check and you cover your bases you will be good to go:

A good Whey (PES, Scivation, Animal Whey, MT Platinum, Blue Star Whey Smooth / Iso-Smooth, )
A Good Creatine at 3-5g on workout days no need to load or cycle (Universal, ON, Cellucor, Allmax, primaforce,)
A Good Fishoil at 2-3g EPA/DHA Daily like Oximega
A good Multi such as Orange Triad or Animal Pak

For leaning up once you hit a few walls or plateaus i would suggest:
Forskolin 95 at 50-100mg per day splint into two doses
Yohimbine Upon waking at 2.5mg and working upward to .02kg/mg

Those would be your best bangs for your buck for bulk ingredients.

Some other things to consider
Ergonine --> Complete recovery/endurnace based product that covers Creatine, Betaine, LCLT, HICA, and SynerGlut

my buddy Driven2lift may have a small discount on orbit for you with coupon code "DRIVEN" for 10% off

Absolutely great advice from theSolution! GNC is way over priced unless you shopped their clearance section. Agree with Ergonine usage as well.

If you've only been working out for two months you should be able to see good results by following the solutions diet/ cutting advice. Stick with the basics at first, a good protein just font get at gnc

Good suggestions above. You will only need protein shakes if you aren't meeting your protein requirements.

Couldn't agree more. With the above nutrition tips you should continue to see progress. Ergonine would be something to consider IF you wanted to add something because it will provide all "staple" ingredients in one for easy use. Benefits include strength, lean mass, enhanced recovery and even fat loss.

Congrats on getting started!

Tons of products out there that you could add in. A naturally anabolic like anafuse, xgels, follidrone etc. would be a good addition if you're trying to lean out.

Another huge mention of Ergonine for you here,
As you're using nothing in it so far it is going to be a huge boost for you after some time using it.

All the studied and loved ingredients dosed properly in one scoop a day.
Nanaberry is delicious by the way.

You will benefit from it hands down,

Creatine/TMG/FA to add lean mass faster
That of course also helps fat loss to have more muscle,

Ingredients like LCLT/Choline which aid fat loss

And everything together will have you performing better in the gym and every activity

Not to change the subject, but do you think Yohimbine is good to start using at any time in a cut, or only at the end? Like what if someone did a smaller cut like 6-8 weeks?

6-8 weeks then the whole time IMO

As the Solution previously mentioned you can get a ton of great essentials at OrbitNutrition.com - don't forget to use the code SOCIAL for 10% off!

For basics I would do
Creatine, fish oils, Preworkout like C4/Hyde.

Will give you strength and endurance in the gym.

Yohimbine can be useful depending on what you want to use it for. For me, it offers extra energy/appetite suppression, but for actual fat loss, it's probably useful towards the end of a cut because it targets "stubborn" fat.

Lol sorry I'm not able to comprehend what you meant by that... I'm saying if I am bulking, and want to do a quick mini cut for like 6-8 weeks, then jump back out into bulking again, should I use Yohimbine for that whole period of time even if my BF is not in single digits?

OP, what are your macros like? Do you follow the amount of calories/macros you consume? That is the fist crucial step to achieve your goals faster.

Once, you have that figured out, you can then determine what supplements are needed to help supplement your diet (i.e. protein shakes to help you reach your protein macros for the day, etc.). My staples are Protein, Fish Oil, Multi, and Creatine.

Yes if the cut is 6-8 weeks in length I vote to use it the while time,
I would,

In a longer cut I would save it until the end
