Hey guys. I'm really new to all of this. I started off with Kigs about 4 months ago, and was seeing small results until my second box. It's most likely no good since I got it really cheap online.

Now I just started first cycle of test c. 1 cc every 5 days. My source says To not take novidex or anything unless I gets sides like sore nipples hahaha. What do you guys think?
 
How much of the test r u taking per,week and how long is ur cycle?

I would start taking nolva after u r done with ur cycle or before if ur nipple tend to hurt
