Hi everybody i just started my natadrolic cycle and i am in doubt about how much i can train without overtraining anyone got some good tips for me.? I can go to the gym everyday by the way :D

Well, depends on how much you trained before and if you felt like you were training enough and if your body was fully recovering. Nobody is going to be able to implement an exact workout routine tailored specifically for you without more information. It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. I would say that going to the gym and resistance training everyday would be detrimental to your goals and you would find yourself "burnt out" after a few weeks. There are many opinions out there but I generally train 4 or 5 times a week. Some good tips for you also: Eat clean, but eat a lot! Train hard, but train smart. Sleep hard, drain water (at least a gallon/day)

Ive only trained a little before.. Can every second day be a good choice?. or is it to much.
Eat clean whats does it mean no sugar and not to much fatty food, but still eat alot.?

Every other day would be fine for a beginner, So that would be 4 days and some weeks 3 days consindering (sunday) is the beginning of the week. Eating clean means complex carbohydrates like Yams, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, brown rice. Limit simple carbohydrates like sugar, candy, soda pop and junk food. Eat fruits like banana's, apples and others. Get your protein from fish, eggs, lean beef or steak, tuna and chicken. Limit your protein shakes and try to get most of your protein from animal sources. Sausage and bacon is not a good source ;). Get your fats from Almonds, cashew, olive oil, Macademia nut oil, walnuts, natural peanut butter. Eat vegetables like broccoli, spinach and squash. Your proteins, carbohydrates and fats should all be relevant amounts to your bodyweight. Do some research man "google" that shi* that's what it's for lol. This is some good food choices, but it's not at all limited to what is clean and healthy. That should get you started. An example of "My" breakfast is 3 cups of oatmeal cooked with a half a cup of blueberries in it (with cinnamon), 12 ounces of egg whites and a banana. This is tailored to my caloric needs and relative to my bodyweight. Find your needs and do the same.

ok thats an area i know a little about lol tell me what your workouts are like do you split your body parts up into different days and how many exercises do you do per body part like like chest/bis/tris/quads/upper back/lower back/delts
if your going for size and strength its probobly best to do 2-3 exersizes with 3 sets per body part with 6-10 reps your last set shold be so heavy you cant get all the reps a good program would be
day1 chest upper back and tris
day2 legs and lower back
day3 bis and shoulders
day 4 and 5 can be rest days remember to eat clean that is important eggs tuna ext. if it looks bad it most likely is
o and how old are you to see what kinds of supplements will help
