Hi all,

Firstly thank you all for all your awesome advice on here. Hopefully you guys can help me out?

Iv been on/off working out for 3 yrs now without much gain.. mostly due to me stopping after 5 months of workout due to holidays/ injuries. Whenever something forces me to stop working out I tend not to go back to the gym till iv lost all that iv worked for which im sure u will agree is a waste of my time and probably really bad for my body.

Now I want to go back and this time for good fingers crossed. Im hoping if I see fast gains and have something to keep me interested then this time I wont give up so easly.

Anyway what id like from you guys is a little advice on what supplements I can take for max gain in muscle and strength growth? I don’t mind what it is as long as I see results. My body is really rubbish at building muscle so I need something to wake my body up and force it to build muscle.

Iv just ordered some PHD pharma whey protein and am looking to get some cretain too (I think I aready have some) I also will be changing my diet to a high protein diet starting form today.

Please make any suggestions u think may help me grow muscle fast

thanks guys

agreed, lay out a few days worth of food, your age height weight and a rugh estimate of the type of training.

Supplement wise for gains for a newbie.
Solid protein mix like Protean 1-2g per LB bodyweight easily
Fish oils
Creatine Monohydrate 3-5g/day
beta alanine 3-4g/day
a solid energy product if you need it
make friends with oats and potatoes and chicken.... Food=muscle

other supplements worth a look depending on other factors.
Test booster Intimidate and 3,4 divanil
endurance recovery product- compete(available soon), torrent zero or size on pre contest

never miss meals, and make sure to get your daily protein in. ALL OF IT

Cheers guys,

Well as far as eating is concerned i usually eat porridge in the morning with milk. Id also munch on an apple or some form of fruit before lunchtime. For lunch i usually have protein rich foods such as tuna/chicken accompanied with some potato (i thought this was bad for you?) now i struggle with my evening meal.. after a hard days work all i want to do is relax. But i will try and change that habit.

As far as for me. im 6' tall (183cm) average body (not muscular) and weight about 80kg. Body fat (guess) is probably around 20%

I wanted to know if there was any NON over the counter drugs i could get to help me build up?

You're not at that point bro. Get your diet and training in check before you even consider non otc drugs

Yah man. If anything just get some protein powder at this point. Get around 200 g of protein a day (depending on weight, 1-2 g per pound of LBM). Eat lots of meat, vegetables, fruit, oats, peanut butter, almonds, brown rice. do that for 6 to 8 months along with constant training and I bet you'll make gains. Make sure your eating your healthy fats: olive oil, peanut butter, almonds, salmon, etc.

Like I said, try that for a bit. Patience is key, one day you'll just wake up and look in the mirror and realize your hard work in the weight room and kitchen is paying off.

Wicked advice.. Defo not ready... I Will do as instructed. 6-8 months of pur dedication... lets see where that may take me :)

The gym i can do... its the diet that i struggle with.

Well sadly the diet is just as important if not more than the gym. Trust me, we all wish we could eat a box of ho hos every day. Once you get used to eating right it almost becomes second nature. diet and train right and you'll make plenty of gains.

Yup...Building is 80 percent what you put in your body and 20 percent what you do to your body (gymwise). Eat clean, get plenty of protein, achieve a solid pump with every workout and you'll be a monster bro!! Tear it up!

Cheers guys.. Cant wait to give you guys some update. I will start taking monthly oics to keep a log
