Newbie Questions

Hey everyone just a couple of random questions as I am on my quest to be more active on these forums.

1. How in the hell do you get a pic sized correctly for the avatar? I have had no luck, so any pro tips here would be great!

2. For the Supplement Reviews area, if a product I want to review is not there, is it okay for me to add the product or is that something just the reps do? I am not affiliated or a rep for any supp company.
