Ok, im sure rhis has been discussed, but since everyone is different I thought I'd try a new discussion.
I'm 39 yo 220 pounds at 6'2" and have been working out regularly for over a decade outside of some time with injuries and so on. Diet jas been steady at about 3500 calories in 6 meals brown rice chicken steak oats and eggs basically the bro diet. Although, I'm currently just starting the anabolic diet to cut some belly fat, not sure if or how long I'll do that.
I've decided to start hrt as my test level is at 10 free and 440ish total. And I'm basically in midlife crises. I want to live the rest of my functional years as a monster and possibly compete in masters...if I feel I'm there physically.
I have a serious case of tendonosis in my elbow from the bicep and have in the past lost funcon of the bicep itself. Long story short, nobody will fix it and I'm going to run hgh in hopes it will help.
The question is, does anyone have knowledge of tendonosis and should I run the typical 2ui prescribed with test just as hrt or should I load this at 2iu 2-3 times a day and run a test deca cycle after I get a few months in?
The only cycle I ever ran was pmag and I loved it, actually continued to push past platoe for a month after cycle. So I'm guessing I won't need a big stack first time through.
My Dr will help me with bloodwork and advice no matter what I run, but of course, anything more than hrt will be from an external source.
Please let me know what else I should provide as history or body stats.
I'm not in a hurry, as I want to do this safely and right.
