hey all,
This is my first post here, so I just wanted to say Hi, and that this is a really informative board.

Also, I want to give two big thumbs up to Power Nutrition. I placed an order with them this afternoon, and within 90 minutes got email saying it had already shipped! That kind of service is like a sore pecker, you just can't beat it.
 
Thanks for the welcome. I was off work Friday and spent most of the day catching up on old posts on all the forums. Now I think I've got information overload!!
