I am just starting to get into body building. I was wondering if some of you can help me out. I know for a fact that the hardest part is going to be DIET. I think i am going to run the asteriod stack. Is this the right stack?

Prime
Powerful
Anobolic State
Jack3ed

Also noticed they had another one called recreate? Should i add this to the stack? I will also be taking fish oil, and a mulitivitamin.

Can someone please help me on a diet plan? I am a begginer in that area. How are the results on this stack? Thanks

The asteroid stack is Prime, Powerfull, and Anabolic Pump.

Your diet will depend on your goals. Are your goals to lose weight or just put on more muscle?

I personally would just get Jack3ed and spend the extra time/money on protein and getting your diet together. Its amazing what long term changes in diet can do. You can always do the stack later.

right anobolic pump. That is what i meant. As of now i am 5"10" at 182. My body fat is high i beleive I dont know it. As far as diet for breakfast I have two or three eggs along with water. (want to add oatmeal dont know which to get) Lunch is a chicken breast with a protein shake AND some natural peanut butter. For dinner its all around but high protein low calories. I really need help in the diet area.

Goals My short term is to get hardeded up but gain some size. Lose my body fat get down to 12%

Long term by next march be completly ripped and big. Around 180-185 at about 6-9% bf.

sorry forgot to add on a only body fat calculator it says im about 17% fat. I will take the asteriod stack for the recomended 3 months and see if i can get it down to 12% by then.

Definatley add some carbs to your breakfast, oatmeal like you said would be good and I would do something more like 5 egg whites and one whole egg (more protein, less fat), also if you like fish canned tuna would be a nice staple into your diet. Apparently I'm not allowed to post links yet, but google 'bodybuilding.com nutrition articles' are you will find plenty of info on basically everything nutrition

hey Thanks for the idea about egg whites. I will trade that in. Ya i think i am going to go out today and find the best oatmeal.

If you're just starting out I would stick with the basics - whey, creatine, bcaa, fish oil. Once you are a little more advanced maybe branch out a little more with the supplements, but for now you don't need them to see good results.

Split your meals up from 3 meals into 6 smaller meals. Eat more calories and carbs in the morning, and taper down the carbs as the day progresses.

That doesn't sound like much calories overall:

3 eggs = 300 calories
1 chicken breast = 300 calories
protein shake = 200 calories
natural peanut butter = 200 calories
low calorie dinner? = 600 calories

Total = 1600 calories

The low calories will help harden you up since your body will make up the deficit by burning fat. You just have to be sure you don't burn muscle, too. Adding oatmeal in the morning would be good, BCAAs around workouts, and some cottage cheese or casein protein before bed. What time are you working out?
