And 5'11

How long has this "hardcore" phase been?

Going on 12 weeks!!?! I work in the oil patch so that burns alot of calories and lots of heavy lifting followed by gym in the evening and 6 days off at a time so sometimes go twice a day!

Wait until you are at least 6 months of solid dedicated effort. After that point feel free to pm me and I would love to help you make a cycle.

How come 6 months seems to be the magic number for first cycles?? Would really like to Get educated on the subject!!

I would recommend a year but 6 months is kinda the bare minimum. You want to get most of your gains out of the way because once you turn to anabolics normal training can seem like a bit of a waste.

Varies from person to person. Acne is fairly common, if you are prone to baldness it can accelerate it, back pumps are fairly common depending on the compound and training. Depression if you are prone to depression, don't do a cycle if you have a mental condition including depression and schizophrenia or are on anti-depressants. Your balls will shrink guaranteed but will come back to original size with proper PCT. Then there are other sides which are compound determined.

Absolutley no medical conditions! Lol, balding is not gonna happen. I know some guys who have been on aas for years and haven't had one bit of acne!! Do certain compounds have certain sides?

Yes certain compounds have other sides. Also I forgot a few sides that are almost universal, higher blood pressure and cholesterol issues.

each compound you run is going to have different sides... some definitely worse than others... keep in mind that people react differently to certain things as well... you have to ease your body into it and see what kind of effects different things have... you need to see what your normal training brings you and get yourself at a certain plateau before you run any aas... 12 weeks of hardcore training is not even close to enough... you need to get your dedication level as high as possible as well or you are just wasting your time... these things take a lot of research and planning... its always good to get educated... $hit i learn something new everyday... you have to keep researching and just get a nice regiment going... pm me anytime for help...

You're definitely in a better position than most, but don't take the "no medical conditions, not prone to balding, gyno, acne, etc." as an excuse to skimp on and part of your cycle support or PCT. Keep reading up on here, absorb as much knowledge as you possibly can, review people's logs and cycle charts so you can see what elements are necessary for a safe* and effective cycle.

*Of course, I mean "safer"...you're always taking a risk on AAS, you just have the power to increase or decrease the likelihood of such sides occurring.
