Hey folks. I'd like to start a cycle of Deca but have no clue where to start. Not planning on putting on a huge amount. Plan is to be on it for spring and summer and be off it for fall and winter. Just want to look a little better for the hot weather. I have not clue where to begin. I've read that Test needs to be taken with it. I have no clue as per what doseage to take, how many times a week to take it etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to do a lot more research! No mention of PCT or caber/prami ot any AI. Use the search function and really do some research. Some stats would help, like height , weight, training history, diet etc.

WHY DECA?......Why would you start with a 19nor? Are you trying to see how far you can get shutdown on your first cycle? Are you trying to deal with progestin sides and limp dick on your first run? Do a lot more research and start with test and maybe a DHT derivative oral for kick start

Just to add on to what everyone is saying.. this is not a sprint, it's a marathon.. the amount of damage you've done to your body is the amount it'll take to get where you want to be and it doesn't happen over night, even AAS or PH aren't "magic pills" always have to put in 100% of work all the way around. Diet, training and sleep... it's more of a life style and commitment that you have to do on a daily not only when your "on" these compounds. . And if you do decide on trying something you have to go with baby steps not be all Mr tough guy macho man because the same way you go up is the same way you'll come down.. and it'll be harsher on the way down that you won't want to imagine

This is why I like this place. Everyone keeps it real. I will definitely look into the test so some research on it. 5 10" 192lbs. 17% bf. I was pretty overweight last march. Went from 240lbs size 42 to 190lbs and a size 35. Oh I almost forgot. I'm 44 years old. Let the comments begin lolz. P.S. I forgot to add I drop all that weight in two months. Nothing but strict diet along with weights and cardio seven days a week for 2 months. I know kinda nuts right. Either way I did it with no negative factors on the body.

That may be true, but I highly doubt I lost that much muscle. I was a pretty chubby man lol. If I did lose muscle I really can't say how much of the weight was muscle. Either way it was worth the sacrifice to lose that much weigth.
