Newb question

Hi, hoping to get some advice. I originally posted a similar thread in another forum but have since deleted it and posted here.

I'm a long time lifter and supplement user but new to PH's. Interested in a PH that will help give me a little edge -- nothing too crazy. Currently take doctor-prescribed clomid and anastrozole for moderately low T (although truthfully probably do not need either).

Is there a certain product or stack that would be appropriate to consider? Should I go off the clomid and/or anastrozole during duration of the PH or can I take all three?

I'm currently 6' 190lb high single digit body fat looking to recomp (stay same weight more or less but reduce body fat %). I'm also focused on minimizing sides related to hair loss.

Hmmm, have you already exhausted all natty avenues you are prepared to try? Lots of options both natty and hormonal, but to be honest Im reluctant to make any suggestions that might mess with what your doctor has prescribed.

I'd like to think that I've exhausted all the natty avenues but am open to advice. Are you referring to the standard bodybuilding.com stuff (whey, creatine, bcaa, hmb, etc) or something else?

Ideally would be great to use something natural but not sure anything will give me the edge I'm looking for.

Although I'm prescribed the above, I honestly don't really need them. I'm taking them more as a means to find that edge vs solve for a real hormonal issue.

There are some really good natty ingredients that have decent study data demonstrating their potential to help with strength and body composition:

Phospatidic acid
Arachidonic acid

Theyd be the two Id research first. Lots of threads on those in the supp forum.

If youre adamant about running something hormonal and mild, look into 1andro, 4andro, and epiandro. But, these will mess with your hormones, potentially shutting down your own test production and increasing estro. Youd want to seriously consider dropping the clomid if you were going to go this route (and save it for PCT).

Id look through those products and see which you think best suits your needs.

If youre keen to do all 3, Id lean toward doing a staggered run, or bridge them. That way you can get a feel for each one. Something like:

Weeks 1-8 TR1UMPH
Weeks 5-12 ArA
Weeks 9-16 Alphamax XT

You could feasibly run the TR1UMPH longer, it doesnt really need to be cycled every 8 weeks like ArA and Alphamax. Keep in mind, too, that TR1UMPH contains quite a few ingredients you may already be taking, like creatine.

Also, with ArA/Xgels, Id recommend reading the big Arachidonic acid thread in the supp forum for more details on dosing.

As for deals, nutriverse has 20% off TR1UMPH at the moment, maybe Alphamax XT too. Check in the supp deals forum maybe.
 
For SNS x-gels, take 4-6 gels approximately 45 minutes before your workout. Take for 50 workout days. GAINS!!!

I agree with staggering the products, so you can get a feel of what's doing what. I can say however, if you do stack them, that's one awesome stack.
