Hey everyone. I've only been lifting seriously for about 3 months and I'm looking to expand my knowledge, so I definately think I found the right spot.
I'm 18, 5'11 and 160 lbs. (Yes, I'm a skinny bastard. :food: )
I've put on roughly 4 lbs though.

When i started out, at age 19, i was 150 lbs at 5'10"...I am now about 195 at 12% BF. It can be done, just be consistent and patient and alsways willing to try new ideas. Also, make sure to frequent the diet/nutrition area. if i had known then what I know now, then my bulking would have been much cleaner.
