Hey, I just signed up on these forums and if I'm posting this in the wrong sub-forum or theres a topic already on the go for this then I apologize now and would appreciate being pointed in the right direction.
ok first I am 26 almost 27, and weigh 206lbs as of this morning. I recently started working out again after life got hectic over the last 2 years and I am looking at doing a cutting cycle and a bulking cycle right after. I want some information on some good cycles for both like what to use and how much to use and for how long this will be my first cycle and I want to make sure I do it right. I do know diet and exercise are more important than gear in a cutting cycle and I have those looked after I'm just looking for that extra boost.
Most of my workouts right now are resistance based and cardio I want my 6 pack back and all the rest of the definition im lacking and see where I am with that and then bulk up if I think its needed.
I also come from a small town in northern British Columbia so any of this stuff is going to be difficult to get my hands on so obscure stuff and gear thats hard to get is not an option after that money isnt an worry and any advice on how/where to get is appreciated (I know not to ask for sources but tips or something would be a huge help)
