There are 2: one is the anti-e, and the other is a powder mixture of some sort.

I understand all the ingredients in the first sentence are together as one, but I think the powder is something else. It looks like two products to me, there is a period after all-in-one. The second sentence describing the "powder mixture of some sort" just isn't capitalized, and it sounds like a seperate product to me. Besides he wrote 2 NEW PRODUCTS. Now stop yelling.
